Some days, many days, I wanted to close it down. When orders were not coming in. When staff were not holding up company standards. When I had to act in every role. When my regular 9-5 stole more of my time than what they paid. When life just got in the way. But there is always an email that comes through expressing gratitude for how GenEsscents has changed their lives. How much someone needs the deodorant as nothing else works for them. How happy someone is with their purchase.
And then, in the flash of a second, all those feelings I had quickly go away. Thank you for giving me the strength and courage I need to keep pushing forward.
